Within the SCC Group's Ethics and Social Responsibility Processes, all suppliers will have to ensure: Not to resort to child labor; Ensure that any workers of foreign nationality are duly legalized; Ensure that all social security charges are settled; Ensuring that the company complies with the requirements set out in the Law regarding the labor code; Ensure that the company complies with applicable environmental legislation; That all information provided is true.

If the SCC Group deems it justifiable, after analyzing the form, a process of commercial selection of suppliers will be launched with the objective of analyzing the ability of a possible Supplier to ensure compliance with various criteria, namely, installed capacity, logistics, quality, environment, health and safety, and trading conditions.
